Supply Chain Representative

The Supply Chain Representative will support programs related to reverse logistics, customer onboarding, surveys, and market research. This position involves managing professional communications with customers and accurately updating information in internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels.

• Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support.

• Accurately record and maintain data in program databases.

• Manage challenging or unique customer situations following company policies.

• Identify and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in supply or similar.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (B2)

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
