What you will do:
- Ensure a common understanding and adherence of Procurement processes, systems (e.g., Ariba) and tools (e.g., portfolio and project management tool) across the organization
- Develop and maintain analytics and visual reports (PowerBI) to ensure progress to our goals and help hold teams accountable
- Establish, document, maintain and train on standard processes
- Manage Procurement wide initiatives and governance to achieve yearly goals (e.g., DPO)
- Gather and address feedback through continuous improvement and lean methodologies
- Demonstrate agility and adjust to business needs, newly identified areas of opportunity, etc.
- Partner cross-functionally to address challenges and drive root cause analysis.
What you need:
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or related certification
- Utilize proper software to maintain project records, such as a PPM system, MS Office, Sharepoint, or Visio
- Must be able to analyze and correct complex process and/or system issues of a broad scope using independent judgment
- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative teamwork and ability to build trusting relationships.
- Experience in PowerBI
- Experience with SAP Ariba or comparable tool
- Experience with of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in leading improvement workshops (Kaizen Events) from opportunity, analysis (FMEA, Value stream mapping), root cause analysis, brainstorming for solution and implementation.
