Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contact Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, content moderation, or a similar environment that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for users by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, or reviewing and moderating user-generated content according to our guidelines and policies.

Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed

  • Excellent comprehension, communication, and english skills (B2).
  • Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work differing rotations/shifts and non-standard work hours.
  • Ability to work 100% on site (Plaza Bratsi).
  • Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
